Once an Essential Oil or aromatherapy product is opened it is considered contaminated. We do not accept returns unless the product is
damaged upon receipt.

Based on the availability of our suppliers quality control systems and laboratory analysis of the essential oils we purchase, along with our
own familiarity of quality essential oils, we consider these oils to be pure and natural and not containing synthetic chemicals or non-natural
components
