***NOTICE*** Summer 2007 marked our 20 Year Business Anniversary in the Aromatherapy Marketplace. It is an appropriate time to align our company mission upgrade our website and operations to better serve you.
We are suspending our Internet Sales until July 2008 to accomplish these purposes.
We welcome your inquiries and requests by e-mail to us at customercare@aromatherapy.com during this interim period. We look forward to resumption of service to you.

Precious Aromatherapy and aromatherapy.com do not test our products on animals or to the best of our knowledge use
any products that have been tested on animals.
We care that you are satisfied with your purchase from our company. Take time to carefully read the product descriptions.

We do not require a minimum order amount.
All sales are final. We do not accept product returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Once an essential oil or an
aromatherapy product is opened it is considered contaminated.
If you refuse an order you placed with our company will issue a credit for the product but you will be charged for the cost
of shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee.
We will do our best to provide quality products and quality service to all of our customers.
Ordering Online
The easiest way to order from us is through our website. This site contains our most complete and up-to-date catalog as
well as a "Add to bag" system that allows you to quickly order the items you select. To place your order online all you have
to do is find the products you want, place them in your bag by clicking on the add to bag button. Once you are ready to
checkout click on the submit button.
Payment Methods in The United States
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
When you place your order online your credit card is authorized. The funds are put on hold until the transaction is
completed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names
and use the correct zip code, avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your account.
Please note that all payment methods are subject to verification and review by aromatherapy.com. Aromatherapy.com
reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected or actual fraud or
unauthorized activity. It is important that you provide a valid email address and phone number when you place your order in
case we need to verify any information.
Payment Methods Internationally
1. We will ship UPS Express to the following destinations: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland,
Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, Australia,
Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand. We cannot ship using the U.S Postal system because there is no
guarantee of package delivery or anyway to track the delivery of a package. Liquids shipped over 16 ounces may have
extra shipping charges and may take longer for delivery.
2. A payment by cashiers check or money order must be payable from a US Bank in US currency.
3. When paying with a credit card you must provide us with the name of the Banking institution from which your
credit card was issued and their telephone number. This information is usually on the back of your credit card. We need
this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid, in good standing and that the proper owner of the card
authorizes this order.
4. You must provide us with the additional lasts three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your
credit card for verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the
credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that the proper owner of the card authorizes this order.
5. You must agree to accept all responsibility for non delivery of product because of local mail fraud, theft, or package
disappearance outside of the USA. This is very unlikely with UPS Express, which is fully insured with tracking #'s
included with every shipment.
6. On all International orders we require that you sign & fax your confirmation email you received for your order back
to us along with a photocopy of a valid photo ID that has a matching name & address. Your order will not be processed
or charged until we receive this.
We apologize for the additional steps and any inconvenience this may cause you. We must make every attempt to avoid
Internet & credit card.
Using Credit Cards Online
We realize that our customers trust us to protect their personal information. We take our customers security and privacy
very seriously.
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online
transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet
helps protect your online transaction information from third party interception.
Placing Orders by Mail
You can also order via Postal Mail with a money order. Print out your shopping bag when you have selected all your
products. Keep in mind that using our website is the most efficient way to place an order and mail orders can take longer to
be processed.

Faxing Orders
If you wish to fax your order please print out “your shopping bag” and fax it to us with the following: Name, Billing
Address, Shipping Address, Phone number, credit card number, expiration date & signature. If you have an email address
please provide that as well. Please note that when faxing in your order it can take up to two extra days to be processed.

Sales Tax
We currently only charge sales tax on orders delivered to Florida.
Modifying Orders
We do not modify orders once they are placed. If you wish to add items to your order please place a new order.
It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service and delivery.
Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up
to 72 hours for order processing, before your package is shipped. Custom orders may
take and additional 24 hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind
when selecting your shipping options.
